Ripped Off As Well

I too have now had to suffer the arrogance of Walt Howe and Talk City alledged management team. Approx. Two weeks ago I posted a common street in a common city of a common state and TalkCity deemed that personal information even tho NO real Name was used in the post... NO real address was used in the post.

Not only was my nic hit with a server wide gag but my room was immediatly shut down... A few bots I had leased as gifts to other room owners were also locked out with NO warning given to the bot vendor and one room owner even had her own nic locked out when they discovered I used it one time to pay for her room last year.

Walt Howe has refused to answer any of my emails instead opting to have one of his underlings..."Roger" @ Billing for talk city do his work for him. This is the actual the section of the post they claim is in violation.

Philadelphia, PA 19149... As anyone can clearly see there is absolutely NO personal info. TC now claims I have a "history" of this to cover their ass but yet they have not produced any reports or claims.

Meanwhile they have allowed a known pedophile to make up over 35 different profiles since June of 08 filled with child porn links and have "claimed" they are unable to stop him and he still roams the boards there. They knowingly allow four other people there to log on to a shared nic name and cruise the room boards.

They have allowed the same group of known trolls for at least 5 years now to copy any and all personal info from other chatters and allowed them to repeatedly attack chatters server wide with virtually no interference. Should you make any attempt to try and stop the known trolls you are the one gagged and banned and your room of 5 years is closed with no notice or any hesitation. They are a joke in the chat community and their numbers the last three years have shown it.
