Richard Eisenbach from Canada doing business as C & PD, LLD and K L Real Estate both companies owned by him. He is building condo's in Knoxville and Lenoir City, TN. BEWARE you will not be paid for your work. Contact the City of Knoxville Engineering Dept if you have any questions. They are not paid. He scams his employees out of their pay. Working a month for him I was not paid. He is a dead beat and does not pay his bills.
Contact Baptist Hospital see how much he owes them. This guy needs to go back to Canada and quit ripping off Tennesse people trying to make a living.
