Promised and indicated on brochure they would provide local channels PHOENIX

They have been repeadly been contacted that they have not completed the contract but since in December they have yet to provide the local channles for this local or offered a reduction of pricinging.in fact they are charging over 30 dollars more than the agreemet stated. They hang up on me when I contact them regarding the situation. I have offered not to press charges due to the problem but nothing has been offered as a restrutution for the exssevive charging!
