Customer for10 years - Billing Dept is very inadequate

I was a customer of Direct TV for 10 plus years. When I moved to Port Charlotte I had my service changed there. But because I lived there only 10 months the company decided it was not enough to cover the installation charges. Be careful with this, they are charging me 351.00 dollars now. I have told them that I am temporarily doing corporate work and will most likely finish by august. They are not willing to wait more for this OLD customer. I have to pay the big bucks now or they will report me to the corresponding credit companies. I strongly recommend you get the local cable company. They are paid for what they give, and that is it. If Direct TV does NOT solve getting to a happy medium, which is less likely, I will definitely stick to local service from now on! It has been very difficult to get the customer service dept to return the box and equipment. They are not so diligent there.
