Called this company because they sent me a wrong item. Gave me phone # to warehouse (818-504-9907) and told me to speak with vick, who i never got a hold of. I called for 4hrs straight. I was hung up on. They refused to answer my questions, at one point told me that if i called again they would not help me. Every time i called i asked for vick-for 4hrs - every time they told me he was at lunch. I am now going to send back both items that i recieved, just want my money back and never want to deal with these people again.
