Is a scam, very very rude people calling my phone

BCR, 7575 Corporate Way, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 or PO Box 9001, Minnetonka, MN 55345, phone: 888-714-2336 or 202-607-2806. These people have been calling me several times a day wanting money for an AT&T bill that has been paid. They are very rude, obnoxious people. They told me I was stupid. Told me if I called the authorities what are you going to tell them that you don't pay your bills. Asked me what I think of my husband lying saying the bills are paid and they aren't and he's not paying the bills. They have cursed at me calling me very bad names. Someone needs to stop these people. They are out of control.
