Rita Gomez, Guillermo Leyes & there assistants are the one who collecting upfront fees $2,700.00 plus a monthly fee of $600.00 dont performed anything with the bank. Him and all his assistants are just reaping people off. From what I been told from Chase they are. Not Register with them nor is Guillermo Leyes, Raymond Baetran or Jerry which is supposed to be the attorneys on the #6 floor of their building. They promise the loan modification and then 4 to 5 months later you get the foreclosure paper from the bank. Then you call your bank and they will tell you that Linconl Lending Services has never call them or fax any paper work to them. But Linconl will show you a fax confirmation that they have faxed everything to the bank and is all a lie, while I was waiting to confront them the police came with about 20 people claiming the same thing they called there bank and the received foreclosure notice because Linconl Lending tell you not to paid. BIG SCAM on my way to the State Attorney Office in Downtown Miami, FL. They are in Mega TV (channel 22) but when you call Mega TV they will tell you they are not liable for that.
