Wanting a Job done that I paid for!

I hired these guys to come out because I had a problem with raccoons in the wall of my house. They charge a $119.00 service fee and then an additional $50.00 per raccoon they catch. So after we caught five raccoons i told them I no longer needed their services. Chuck who is the owner said they would come back out to my house in no more than two days to seal off the area where the raccoons where entering into the house. I did not hear back from them, so on the third day I called to see what was going on. Chuck and his son Randy told me they didn't have time and that they would call me back. What I find funny is that they had to come out to my house everyday to pick up the raccoons that they caught, but know since I didn't want to set anymore traps they can't find the time nor did they return my phone call. I paid for a service to be done and I expected that they would provide me with the service I paid for.
