Total Scam and Dangerous to boot

I was to deposit the check for 4,997 dollars into my account anabout 2900 back to them via money-gram. So I did some checking, I called citibank. Not the number on the check cause that will tell you the d wire money is in there, but the main office for citibank. They said there was a block on the account. So I did a reverse lookup for the number on the check for Trolux home etc. And it came back as a cell phone... Very odd. So I took it to my bank and they told me it was probably a fake and they would try to deposit it but they would wait to make the funds available untill it cleared. Guess what it didn't clear. Don't send them any money it is a scam and the amount they have you send is just under the government limit for wire transfers. Over a certain amount is automaticalloy reported to the Feds. Furthermore, you could get in trouble for money laundering in a worst case senario. Some of these are ever terrorist organizations. Don't fall for it please!!!
