Beware of Scam!

Miscellaneous

First of all, I would like to thank Casey, Joshua and Deanna for notifying the public of what this company is doing. Today I called the number posted on the website, (303) 353-9573, and I have noticed that they are also using the number (303) 353-9473. I had just recently relocated to Colorado and was hitting the pavement looking for an administrative job. So, when I can across the job posting promising management in adminstrating with no previous experience (which I do have), I called. This was at approx 10:30am. Melinda asked if I could come in at 12:15 for an interview. I was exstatic! I wasn't having much luck in the job search, so I was more than happy to accept.

Already dressed in business attire, I was ready to go with resume in hand. I also was aware that there wasn't sign outside of the door, Ste 204, of the name of the business, but I didn't think much of it. When I walked in, it was very bare, 3 chairs in the room where the "receptionist" was at her desk with a phone and a computer monitor which I wouldn't be surprised if that was a decoy like you see in the furniture stores! She then took me in a room that had about 25 chairs, handed me a folder with the "getting to know you" questionaire and said to fill it out, put my resume on the opposite side of the folder and she would return to check on me.
A couple minutes later she returns, takes the folder and leaves again.

A minute later, Neil walks in and introduces himself and leads me to another boring, blank room with a desk, a chair for him and 2 chairs ont he opposite side. Only that paperweight thing that Joshua had mentioned. I answered all his questions and he said he can only pick out a few to return for a 2nd interview out of 120 applicants. He says he would like to cut this interview short and invite me back Monday at noon. Bring paper and a pen and it'll take 2 hours... Yeah, to scam me I figured out after reading the previous postings.

I have never in 16 years of working pulled up the name of the company to check them out, but something told me to, and boy am I glad that I did. You could say that I won't be going for the second interview Monday. Thank you everyone for saving me time and a huge headache. I hope these postings with get to others and help them as they did for me.
