The Redbox DVD company charged me twice for movies that i didn't return. $80 dollars the first time and them $60 3months later. They said they couldn't charge me the first time but they definitly did. They are not helpful at all and they seem to have no idea what they are even talking about. I would not rent a movie from these machines because you will surely be ripped off. (this is not the first time!)
