Scam company, avoids emails / on line chat is a joke internet

This company is a rip off. Purchased birthday present for wife only to find out company is a scam, after more research I also found out that they ship fake products, and have a track record for some time now using other names. Website looks legit, but is truley not. The only thing they are fast at is "charging your credit card". Avoid at all cost.
