Unauthorized debit card charges

On 01/21/09 I responded to an email offer for an information kit detailing how to earn money in my spare time on Google. They asked for a payment of $1.95 to cover shipping and handling for which I gave my VISA debit card #. This charge appeared on my statement on 01/22/09, payable through "AtLast Fulfillment" in Colorado, to a Company called "MARQILIFE", which appears to be a Firm that markets diet supplements.
However, also on 01/22/09 I was charged $197.00 also to MARQILIFE, and again on 01/29 $39.95. After days of trying, I finally got thru to them and was told that I must send an email to "emillionaire.com" asking that the charges be refunded to my card. To date, no response.
I have since canceled my card and disputed the charges with my bank and VISA
