This company is using the "employment at will" abusively

I have been employed by tcim from september 2 to february. On february 10 two supervisor notified me that my employment was being terminated. They informed me that the reason for this was based on a customer complaint received by their client-the company they provide customer service.
As conveyed to me, the complaint reported that i told the customer that she would not be charged a $200.00 deposit on her credit card for signing up for account. They said that client ordered them to terminate me for this complaint. My question is: does this order from client put an end to the matter?
This was my first time. The screen did not say that the customer is required to give a deposit. So that is what i told the customer. The policy of tcim to terminate their employees based on one honest mistake, without a chance to correct it, or a consideration of their demonstrated honesty and diligence and desire to offer a valuable service to the company? Might it not be better to try to improve the quality of the employee, and thereby improve the quality of the overall company.
My records show that while i was working at tcim, i only had one absence, which was scheduled and approved. I only had 2 or 3 tardies. My habit of being on time was because i value my job, not only because i need a job, but because i love the work.
And the way they have terminated me as if i made a terrible crime, they never let me finish my shift, literally my supervisor is like dragging me out of their office.
But that was not all, i have sent a letter to the site leader, email twice and phone four times and left message, finally he answered after almost 3 weeks and to my surprise his exact word is the exactly the same words that was conveyed to me by the two supervisors that terminated me. I requested to listent to the controvercial call but they never let me.
With all these things happened, i was thankful that i do not have to breath the nasty odor this call center have and this center is so far the dirtiest and unprofessional call center i ever worked for, and never clean the exhaust of airconditioner, they only pay minimum wage.
