Sprint PCS
Very, very poor service

I was told by mike who works at the capital mall kiosk for smart wireless or whoever those poeple work for who are at the sprint kiosk - that I could get out of my contract becaue my sprint nextel phone does not wotk at my house or aroung my house. That is evidenced by the minuites I have used on my cell phone in the last 4 1/2 months. Jared at the corporate store told me that he could not help me with anyhting regarding my spring plan since it had been more than thirty days since I had signed up. I called Adrian in customer service. He promised to send a rep out to my house in the next 30 says to see if I was telling the truth about whether or not I got service at my house but her would not let me pout of my contract for any reason... I referenced their contract breach of their admn. Fee and the fact that i don't have service aqt my house. He told me that to cancel my contract it would cost me 400.00. At least. He set me up with that device that connects wiht your motem and makes it so that your phone works at your house... That's nice but my phone still doesn't work anywhere around my house. So, then I went to talk with mike. He couldn't really do anything for me but he really tried to be helpful... He hooked me up with stephanie and she did the same thing for me that adrian did for me... Except she said that Adrian haddn't actually done it... And abviously she didn't either... I got my bill today and it said that i owed 202.93 or son=mething really close to that... THE CHARGED ME FOR THAT STUPID DEVICE that i actually didin't want in the first palce. I jsut wnted to get out of my contract with Sprint. Thet are horrible. They are deceptive and rude and hav ehorrible customer service. I can't wait to be rid of them for good in June. Today I talked with Angel about my bill and she supposidly fixed it but i bet i have to call them every month intil my contract is over to get them to do what they said they will do.
