Have to beg for what they owe you and then hope you get it!

This company is totally ridiculus! I am but one of their thousands of victims yet these post dont seem to help. Why doesnt the insurance commision investigate these people and close them down?! They STILL owe me money and promise to send it every week or swear that it was mailed "yesterday".

You talk to someone with a different name everytime you call yet (for some strange reason) they sound like the person you spoke to the day before. Yet if you mention a name of a rep that you had previously talked to they have never heard of them... Go figure!

I have reported this company to the insurance commisioners in 3 different states. They dont seem to care either as they have a buck passing system that takes you in a 360. The insurance commisions are like bad parents of bad children (SRC). Pathetic!
