Unathourized charges to my checking account Texas

Our account has fraudently been charged $9.95 by "SB Fun Family" since As far back as I could pull up my statements. Sept. I am not sure about prior to. We live in Europe and during that time frame, we were having problems accessing our account and was not aware exactly when these charges began or why. We have a lot of unknown acronyms, from Europe and did not become aware of this fradulent charge company until today. We are requesting a full refund from these charges, as we have in noway authorized this company to deduct from our account and have no knowledge of their existence.
