Just got mine and my familys hopes up to be let down

I received a a letter and a check in the mail saying I was chosen to receive a grant for the amount of $41,000.00 and told the check I got of $4,474.95 was so I could pay a fee for Foreign Access Taxes (F.A. T). The letter said to call and get the check approved and that they will give me the name of my agent that will tell me how to get other deals. The first time you call you have to leave a message and give them your name and phone number. Its all fake!!!
