McDonald's customer service needs stepped up

Why is it such a hassle to get a different cold drink other than the Sweet Tea in a foam cup? I should not have to tell the employees over and over to put my drink in the foam cup.
Most of the employees at this store are rude. Common courtesy is to say thank you and be polite as you can. I am not the kind of customer who barks or jumps down the employees' throats when their order is wrong. I just want to get the foam cup for a different cold drink once in awhile and I want my order to be correct. And it's really not too much to ask for the fries to be fairly fresh.
Customer Service at this location really needs to be stepped up. What happend to the african-american lady running the drive-thru in the morning? She was excellent and all the other employees (including management) should use her as their role model. She was a real pleasure to do business with.
