U-verse down every day

Every day since jul 19, my U-Verse goes down from 05:30pm thru 06:30pm, 4 tech came over to my house nobody can fix the problem. That changed my RG Gateway and moves to another location in the room, same problem. Today Aug 2 still having the same problem it came down a) 6:04pm and i take 1/2 hour to come back. I don think ATT knows how to fix this problem they checked the line everything ok with the line.
