Cancel within 15 days and Still Got Charged!

I followed the directions on canceling within 15 days and was told everything was good. A week later I was charged the 69.98 and this all happened within the first 30 days. When I called back to protest the charge they said that the membership was cancelled but was still charged the 69.98 because I didn't return the product! When I told them that it was never indicated that was the requirement and they disputed and said yes it is but if you read the invoice It Does Not Say That! Why make a claim of a "Free Trail" when it is not a Free Trail. I have put in a dispute with my bank and now have to get a new Check/ATM Card because of them!
