CMS ripoff tricked and lied to us, billed me without fullfilling their agreement with me

CMS solicitor sold me a package of subscriptions to magazines promising additional prizes[a watch]and told me I would recive a confimation pakage within 10 days.

A month later another CMS solicitor called me trying to make some further agreements which I refused since I had never recieved the promised confirmation package.

Another Month later another CMS solicitor called me trying to get me to make some other agreement which I not only refused, I told this person I still had not recieved the materials I was promised.

I told this person I am refusing to authorize any futher payments and expressed my desire to cancel. I was told at this point that they would then have to turn this matter over to a collection agency, to which I responded I would then have to get legal advive and ask to be given names an addresses of the company he worked for.

I appreciate knowing there are others who have this problem and action against these practices is ongoing. I hope my input will further help resolve the difficulties others and I am having with CMS.
