Stephanie Dierks Lied and sold me a dangerous horse and verbal agreement to take her back and I have her saying on my cellphone she will take her back

I bought HR Jerris Lil Peppy the first weekend of January. As I paid for her she said if thinks didn't workout I will buy her back. She wanted to use her as a broodmare. She said the guy she got her from said she bucked. But she said the mare knew nothing. She had saddled her and she didn't buck. She said she had been abused. Well I send her into training. The trainer had her from one week and she bucked non stop seriously almost endangering everyone and than with a bridle on she struck at you and got even worse. I didn't want the trainer to get hurt and knew she'd take her back per her verbal agreement. I called her and she said yes I will take her back I want her and I have it in voice message still on my phone and emails she has send me. And, than the brand inspection... She bought her without one and thats illegal in the state of colorado and she sold her without one to me which I am not originally from colorado and don't know those rules until after I bought her. The original owner told me he put 90 days of training on her with a cutting trainer who rode her and than she started bucking. He send her home and this guy tried to get her bred she didn't take to pasture breeding. He sold her for $600 bucks. And told stephanie she had been ridden and Stephanie fraudjulently sold her as reined cow horse prospect, great reining prospect, and when I saw her said how awesome she will be riding. That she knows nothing. Which was a lie since the previous owner just told me he spend alot of money for cutting training. And his trainer got abusive with her. My trainer said she is untrainable that the abuse she had was to traumatizing to her and she cannot forgive. And forget. I am on disability and I thought I'd gotten a good deal to enjoy one thing in my life. And here I am screwed and this person agreed to buy her back I keep resaving my voice mail from and archived the emails..
