Waiting on my refund

I also ordered the acai berry pills, but my shipping was $2.95. Apparently I missed the print saying that I would be mailed shipments and charged 149.90 but when I received another 3 bottles that had an invoice but no price, I figured I'd better put a stop to it.

I went to the website listed on the invoice and it said something about no returns but it also said that you could return the product if you called and got an "RMA" number. I called the number on the website (800-790-7456) and had to wait at least 10 minutes, maybe longer. I told the phone answerer that I wanted a refund. "Oh, we don't give refunds." So I told her that on the website it said I could call and get an RMA number and include that and get a refund. "Oh, let me speak to my supervisor." Two seconds later, she was back on the phone with an RMA number. She told me that there was a 15% restocking fee (which I think was also listed on the website) and that I would be sent a check for $110.45 within 10 days of receiving the return. I mailed it on 2/4/09 and kinda forgot about it until today (2/25/09). I called and she got my info and said, "Oh, it says pending return. Can I have the delivery confirmation number so I can check the status." Fortunately I had paid for delivery confirmation and had the number but I told her that I was looking at it and it said it had been delivered on 2/7/09. She still insisted that she needed the number to confirm its status (um, shouldn't it be listed in their records that they received it?) I gave her the number and she said, 'Oh, I can see that it was delivered on February 7." Isn't that what I just said? Anyway, I should be receiving a credit for $110.45 to my credit card in 3-4 days so I told her I will call back in 5 if I hadn't received it.

Please feel free to use the numbers and info that I used. If you don't tell them that you know about the RMA number, they won't tell you.

Hopefully, I will get my money by next week!
