Sent check for amount of 4,922.00

The above metioned company sent a letter stating I had won a prize of 180,000.00 from the readers digest mail in ballot forms, internet submissions, publishers clearing house computer games sweepstakes which belonged to USA and Canada. They also sent a check with my name and address in the amount of 4,922.00 dollars to pay for applicable processing fees. The letter instructred to deposit the check only after I spoke to their claims agent Richard Grant at 1-888-571-6866 ext. 1. Can you beleive this all claims must be made before Feb 30th what kind of calendar this guy's have? The letter was signed by Robert G Mugabe who ever that is with a cheap seal sticker and an envelope with no return address. I hope some authority takes action of this because anybody else would be charged with mail fraud.
