Ripped me off

I sign up with Simplx to find out its nothing but a rip-off. For 2 days now I can't even load there dropship page www.clubdropship.com. And if you know anything about marketing timing is key. So right now I'm sitting with an empty ebay market. Because I can't even see my dropshippers. I have gone as far as trying diffrent times of the day. At 3A.M. Still nothing. So what did I pay for?
