Mortgage Modifiers, Tampa Florida / Darrell Craig He said they would help me modify with my Lender. They never Did

I was told that he could help me. I was told in order to get started I needed to send half. I really thought he would help me. I sent him $ 500.00 Dollars. He said he would give me two weeks for the rest of the fee. I decided to contact my Lender. They said they never received any phone call nor email. So right away I contacted Mr Darrell Craig and told him I do not want him to withdraw the $ 500.00. He told me that my Lender was not telling the truth. I told him I contacted Hud and they said they would get me some help. He told me to email and fax over alot of papers he needed. Well he went ahead and withdrew the $ 500.00 before I could stop it.

I never was able to send all of the papers. He told me he would contact me on Monday the 23 rd of February. He never called me. I called him and faxed him and emailed him several times and no response. I want my money back. I told him we didn't have much money, I am disabled and last month I had a heart attack. That my husband only works part time he said no problem. But that he needed the other half of the $ 1020.00. I told him we can't come up with $ 520.00 by the 23 rd. I have the emails saved that I asked for the money back. And his responses. I don't know what to do. I need that money back. I hope Hud can help me save my home. Thank You.
