I been ripoff

I contact this firm from and online ad an gave him all my information i was responded by a represenative of their company he asked me what was going on with my mortage and i explained to him that I eas 5 months behind and I just help to save my home I said to him that I had already start the paperwork but he was talk to fast to me and don't worry we will take care everything. He said it would be 1495 dollars and I told him I do not have all of that now he ask me do half and said no i will get back with you. Next day call back an he said he needed half to get started, I ask what will you do for me, he then told me that the first thing they would do is call my lender to stop all action to save this home. Then they would attack the negotations and get rate dropped. HE advised me to direct all calls from the lender and all docoument to the and that do needed to contant them or pay my mortage I said okay. My mortagage co call and said we had been approved for partial claim so we call the firm to ask for refund and that person said if I can fax over the paper he will refund my money and did.

I am hurt and I stressed out.
