Charged after cancelling 14-day trial, refund refused

I signed up for a 14-day trial of the Getmoremomentum "Gold Coaching" program. I only wanted to see what it was about and already knew I would cancel, because I could not afford 65 a month. I joined on November 3 and cancelled on November 5. I got an email confirming the cancellation, but my email account then failed and I lost a batch of messages, including that confirmation.

When I noticed that 65 had been charged to my credit card, I opened a support ticket. Support told me I was not in their database, even though they kept sending me emails. They denied that I had cancelled at all, and without the lost email I had no way to prove it.

I explained that I am a pensioner and that 65 is half of my weekly pension. They showed no concern and offered me a $475 course instead, which would not have helped me in any way. My last support ticket got no reply.

The company presents itself as honest and ethical, but that is not how I was treated.
