Hyper Hoodia Labes charged my account $ 87.65 without permission. I ordered the free trail offer for $ 4.95, my bank statment read Bottom Two Investment.
Two weeks later there was a transaction for Hyper Hoodia Labs of $87.65 to my account on a Sunday. Monday was Presidents Day and banks were closed, I called 866-913756 that was on my statement to get a recording which did not allow a message
On Tuesday I went to the bank closed debit, filed dispute and a bank investigation. Which will take 10 days (2/24/09). What should I do next?
