Took $108 dollars and will not respond

I ordered an Ed hardy jogging jacket, when I recieved it, it was an irregular size, I returned it (which they make it difficult, need an RMA number or they won't accept it) They recieved my item, which was signed for, they will not respond to my emails on my return, they have no phone or anyway to get a hold of anyone but by email. There has been suspicious activity in my account so the bank had to cancel my cards, I lost $108 dollars, I believe they use to go by another name, it is a fraudulent company.
