Very rude sales person and Manage

Had a very unpleasant incident with store who refuse to give me corp # when I called 910-486-6655 which is headquarters in my area they were worse. He told me he did not have time for me and to hurry up and get to the point he had other more important things to do. So I ask him if I could speak to someone else and he happily said yes call 1-800- EAT-*. I copuld not beleive they would say something like that. I then lost it and said a few choice words. How was I suppose to handle a call like that, from someone who is suppose to be professionals.
