Declining my credit card for NO reason

Going back month I've been attempting to keep in touch with my spouse via telephone. The neighborhood service he's incarserated in uses Worldwide Telink. The thing is that occasionally they except my charge card and occasionally they decrease it, my lender views not a problem with my card and that I use it for additional reasons constantly. After I contact their client help-line it possibly places me on the call-back checklist AND NOT returns my calls or they state their experiencing large phone amount and teaches me to test my phone later then weighs up!!! And of course that they're very costly at $2. Per call that lasts just 10 mins each.
