Very Inferior Merchandise

Actually I'm ashamed to admit this but here goes. On Nov I won the bid of over $600.00 on merchandise that I was going to give as Christmas presents. I am disabled so all the shopping I do is on the computer. Well the mershandise arrived and I couldn't believe my eyes. The 2 gold 24 inch chain necklases was a little bit thicker than a string. I paid over $120.00 for each one. The rings were cheap looking. Matter of fact my daughter said
it turned her finger green. I had no choice but to go ahead and give them as gifts. I'm on a fixed income and it is disgusting to know they are out here ripping people off. I tried to get a refund but no, they would keep a 15%
processing fee. I would love to see this company go out of business.
