I was charged twice without authorizing it by this company using two different names. I have no idea what this is about

I was checking my credit card statement today and saw that i was charged a 14.95 fee twice by two different companies. I took the name of the companies and googled them. Come to find out they have been ripping many people off. The two names ended up belonging to the same company. I never agreed to any membership nor did i subcribe to anything. This is odviously a fraud and i want it fixed. This company shouldnt even still be running after having been reported so many times.
