Savings2Go, Plan Plus, American Leisure they charge me from my credit card account unauthorized ripoff Internet

At the beginning of February year 2007 I received a telemarketing call from savings2go (800 448 1944). By the time I hung up, 2 mins later Leisureplus (888 527 2589) call me too. Both of the callers knew my name and address, as well as the last four digits of my credit card number. I authorized the callers to send me a hard copy of his offer by mail but not agree with paying any membership.

At first both of them told me I would receive my mail within 7 to 10 days and I can call the service center to cancel my membership within 30 days after I got the mail. They wouldn't charge me any fee but $1. (according to the caller membership is $12.95/mo)

Finally I got my mail on 2/25/07, after I read the material I called both service center on the 27th to cancel my membership with both companies. I even confirm with the rep. If I would be charge any other fees, both of them said no. However on my credit card shows I was charged as follow:

I was curious about the companies so I google them. Unfortunately I find there are a lot of complaints.
