Fraudulent Charges for Magazine Subscriptions

Three magazines were charged to my bank account through this company. I have contacted the company through their privacy department at 1-203-391-0547 and was told that in February I made a purchase online. I was told that after the online purchase Biz Rate asked me to complete a survey about my purchase. I supposedly completed the survey and agreed (2) times to accept the terms that I would try the three magazines and if I did not want to get charged for the magazines that I should contact TMX-Synapse Group, Inc. I have no recollection of this survey nor do I recall agreeing to these terms for these magazines. I intend on contacting Biz Rate to further my investigation.
