Sears won't issue refund for goods not delivered nationwide

I placed an order for luggage that my girlfriend had listed on her wedding registry. Sears was to deliver around Christmas time. They did not deliver. Now they will not refund my money. Although they acknowledge that there was no delivery, they will not refund my money. I have written at least 50 emails and all I get back is a stupid email that says "We understand your frustration..." Nobody even is reading the mail. They keep addressing the mail to "Ms. Loheide", the friend I intended to buy the luggage for.

I ask for my money back, they blow me off.

Who can afford this kind of service in this economy? Don't do business with Sears online. They should fire the idiots in customer service and replace them with unemployed people who can appreciate a hard earned dollar and a steady job.
