Working for this company will be one of the biggest career mistakes you will ever make. They will hire you and tell you that you will be able to make great money if you follow their system. This is absolutley not true!

They claim that the reason they have high turn-over is because other people just weren't good enough. High turn-over is one of the worst things to have in the business world. They will put you on a base salary for a few months and when you get close to the end of that time period they will look for any reason to fire you so that they don't have to pay you the commisions that you could earn.

All of the executives drive company cars that your hard work paid for. The administrators are pushy and harsh and do not care about your career development... You are basically a mule to pay their bills. This is what you will be doing as a "National Account Manager" You will spend 10 hours a day searching through resumes that have been posted online to fill positions that Healthcare Scouts has been contracted to fill by a hospital etc.

You call hundreds of people a day just like a telemarketer to tell them about the position. Healthcare Scouts will expect you to make 100-200 calls a day and enter 50 people into their resume database. This is also a very competitive environment and other recruiters will call your clients etc. I left this job in tears after an incident like this. You will work with a "mentor" that will get the commision during your trial period if you place a candidate in a job. The mentor I had spent more time trying to work out his child support issues that he did teaching me anything.

This is the most unproffesional, dishonest place I have ever come into contact with. Do not be fooled by their fancy office and empty promises of $200,000 yearly salaries... You will be miserable working here.
