Is a scam rip-off

I am so happy to hear that I was not the only one fooled by Options Talent. I also worked as a scout and the the whole company is a complete sham!!!

Yes it is true that they do not make promises to the "talent", that is too keep them out of court on a weekly basis. They are very good at what they do and what they do is sell both talent and scouts a dream. My husband and I had both been laid off and were in desperate need of money.

Make a long story short we both took the job as scouts. We weren't there long before things did not add up to us. There were 15 people hired every week and 10 that quite every week. There was one person on base salary. At first we were told to look for a specific type of person, later down the road we were told to bring in anyone cause everyone was looking for diffrent types of people. The directors that I worked for was so completley incompentent.

I really started to ask questions when I realized they both were in thier early twenties. They borrowed money from every Tom, Dick and Harry to open their office. Now anyone with any business sense knows that sensible, smart and legitimate business people do not open a business like that. They use agency names, celebrity names and scout names unlawfully. If anyone has any doubts about this being a scam, take a look at who is running the show now... He has been sued by nsync, back street boys and surprise, surprise now O-town. Stay away from this "company" both scouts and talent.
