Com fraud charges

Was contacted by the fraud dept of the bank about a $255.95 charge from DRI*ELEMENT5. Have no idea who this is or how they even made the charge from my card. Have seen where many others have had the same thing happen but not for the amount that they hit me with. Even though my bank contacted me they informed me I had to call the merchant and it was a home phone in Chicago but the company is in Minnesota. It's bad enough to have this happen but when the bank holds up all you have and won't budge to help you they are no better than the one who made the fraudulant charge. This has been a very bad experiance for me and I am very pissed that nothing has been done to this so called company and it would be nice if our law enforcement/bank fraud folks would take these people down once and for all and give us all justice or at least let those of us who have been riped off take care of them.
