Rip off, took me for $1,000 and then was very rude because I wouldn't send them more money to complete my idea

I feel so betrayed by Patent & Trademark Institude of America, they conned me into paying them $1,000 to work on my Idea and then called me again and insisted I send them much more and when I informed them I had no more to send, a gentleman named George became very rude and finally hung up the phone on me. I never heard from them after that.
