Scam artist - gets investors in mobile home parks and apt. Buildings hudson florida

This guy advertises as a "Christian Business Man" and hides behind God. He readily portrays himself as a family man and is always ready to send you pictures of his family.

He buys mobile home parks and apartment buildings for very little down payment, and always on seller-carry terms. He immediately forms an LLC and gets a couple people to give him $50 - $100k. He puts their name on the LLC. Then he slowly disappears. He nevers invests a dime into the asset, never makes another payment, never pays a bill or a manager, never maintains the asset, never buys insurance. He just disappears!

In one case, an apartment building "mysteriously" burned down, and he collected the insurance on it, and never paid the investor his share! The only reason he had insurance on this building is because the seller forced the issue.

Most of his investors are in California. One in Washington and one in Georgia. He has scammed over a million dollars out of people. I am confident he met his wife in some drug program. Most of his parks are in Alabama and Tennessee. Some is Georgia, Kentucky and New York.
