I have been calling to this company has 3 bussiness days already and inthe phone options they say they have but they don't have a "COSTUMER SERVICE". Theys people says they don't have a access to the order, and the managers aren't available to dissolver some questions and problems with the costumer. I spent 4 hours at the phone trying to have answers to my questions about my exchange and they just said that could give me back 20% of my purchase, it means u$ 8,40. When my purchase was worth U$ 42.00. It's means they are trying to stolen my money because I asked for exchange. I called there million times and Mrs Marc (responsible for costumer service) never is available to take the calls.
