Items ordered not received & they got my money online! No costumer service existed. A scam!

The items I ordered weren't shipped out to me & worst of all, they got my payment online. There costumer service is not existing because it's just an automated costumer service that's responding that's it! This company is a SCAM! They should be taken out of the web!
