Unauthorized verizon billing-charged by unitedtel.com & hellomail ROCHESTER

Received my Verizon bill with a charge by billing for ESBI on behalf of United Tel, LLC for a Wwwhellomailmnthlyfee. I did not sign up for anything, do not know any of these companies. Verizon no help - took charge off this month but said I had to call the company. I have three phone numbers and no matter what day you call, recording says they are closed call back between Monday to Friday between 8A.M. And 8P.M. Same recording when you call during those days and hours. What now?
