I have been charged for services That I never ordered either over the phone or online. Then these charges turn up on my Verizon (phone) bill. Which when I call them I'm told that these charges come from a third party. Why is this allowed? Does this mean that my Doctor will soon be collecting for garbage/Trash removal companies? The dentist collecting for the electric company? What Next??!!

Basically this ESBI/unitedtel is a collection agency for a third party "Hellomail" which I do not have or have ever had or authorized. I have tried repeatedly to call the numbers they give on the Phone bill. Nor do you get any response back from the P.O. Box listed on your Phone bill!

When I did get through to a human (which feels like I just ran through a rat maze to get the cheese!) you either get told to call Verizon again or you get fed a line of BS and told that it will be taken off your bill. Till next month when it reappears right back on your Pnone bill. Sometimes under a new "company" name. I then call Verizon again and start all over at square 1! Well I'm FED UP of BS!

So I'm writing to you to find out whom I need to contact? The FTC, OAG, PUC, FCC, or the OCA or any other Three letter office that I can rattle and their names, not just letters... Since I heard that there is Power in Numbers. What do I do to get other Verizon customers to check their Bills and get mad, stand up and fight back against this CRAP!
