Added room to a property voiding city codes. Foundation leaks due faulty constructions, results black mold, unuseable room, devalued property

May a room was added, with a signed contract included 5 year guarantee on workmanship. Foundation is even with ground, no sand was used under concrete, therefore it leaks bad every rain storm. Walls were only 1/8 in. Thick before adding hardie board exterior. I hired an attorney to sue, but after paying the money on credit cards, needed another $8000.00 to enter court case.

Attorney indicated that all I would get is a judgement to paper my walls. I discontinued the case with total despair and lack of funds to get any results. Contractor hired only Spanish workers who all claimed they were unpaid. Contract stated time work to be finished 3 weeks, ended in 2 months. Results are loss of rent on dwelling about $18,900.00 at original rent of $450.00 per month. Now I am faced with hugh credit card debt, no money to pay creditor, they are all down my case for nonpayment.
