Sean McGreevy committed embezzlement in our company but threatened to sue if terminated with cause. Had no choice to give positive or neutral reference if asked by other companies. He got into a major issue with HR. He keeps denying anything happened. Ask former managers and some coworkers who are aware of this issue.
