(owners Name Is Quentin Saracino) Website has 1 price at checkout and then 1 day before delivery of merchandise a fax is received with 50% hike in price

A price for all the merchandise was displayed on the checkout page of the website. A grand total price to which I agreed to pay by clicking on the "confirm order" button. 2 weeks later and 1 day before delivery of the merchandise I receive a fax stating that the price must be increased 50% and in addition not all the merchandise originally ordered will be delivered.

I spend on average $25,000 per year on many products and services via the web and this was the first fraudulent internet e-commerce transaction.
